Attachmate.com Attachmate Corporation's Marketing Web Site

Guided a complete site redesign of Attachmate's marketing Web sites — 10 sites in eight languages. Was responsible for all aspects of the project from inception to post-implementation, which included business analysis, requirements development, information architecture design, prototypes and mock-ups, usability testing, navigation and user interface design, system testing, end-user documentation, and training. Redesign included migration of the content delivery system from Vignette StoryServer to Microsoft Content Management Server (MCMS). Designed to ensure ease-of-use and increased customer satisfaction — both for external customers and for internal content managers and content localization.

Successfully coordinated and launched a complete site redesign of Attachmate's SupportWeb site and was responsible for all aspects of the project from inception to post-implementation, which included business analysis, requirements development, information architecture design, prototypes and mock-ups, usability testing, navigation and user interface design, system testing, end-user documentation, and training. Redesign included integrating the Primus Knowledge Base with the Web site and providing enhanced personalization with improved case and plan management tools.

Designed the company logo which initially guided the basic look and feel of the Web site. Original design of the site (by another party) was created in FrontPage and was not designed to scale easily - it was difficult to grow site as the business grew. I acted as a consultant/mentor for the office manager, and created a new navigation scheme, information architecture, and page layout. Advised on the benefits of include files, CSS, and templates as simple tools to implement to greatly improve the maintenance of the site.

Salon Modello Salon Modello's Marketing and Online Booking Site

Created a custom site with colors and look and feel based on the busines card and colors used in the salon. Simple informational site with hours of operation, services, stylists info, location and map, and an online booking application.

Intranet Sites

STARnet Intranet Site for Attachmate's Technical Support Department

STARnet is an internal Attachmate site and its content is confidential. These pages are provided for UI design only. All links to internal content have been disabled.

Datawarehouse Web-based Application for Creating Sales and Executive Reports

Designed for use by sales people and company executives, the Datawarehouse Web-based application allows users to run and view a variety of reports based on the information input by the user.

Attachmate Event Sites

These sites were created on an on-demand basis. The purpose of these sites was to provide information about the event and enable the customer to register for the event. Since these events typically occurred each year, I desgined the UIs and HTML to be re-usable. Here are a few examples of the many event sites I created.
